Assist players, particularly new ones, with server related questions and issues where possible. They also deal with inappropriate chat, basic griefing incidents and can issue player warnings.
Mod
Similar to DemiMod but can deal with more kinds of issues. Can also perform block rollbacks after a griefing incident, edit players inventories, force players to run commands and kick / ban if necessary.
Admin
Responsible for handling technical issues relating to plugins, mods or player data and investigating bugs / glitches on behalf of the Owner. Also monitors and performs certain types of maintenance.
Owner
Responsible for maintaining long term backups, handling the financial / hosting aspects of the server, maintaining the website, staff handbooks and plugin / mod development, upgrades and patches.
